CHAMBER PROCEDURES SERVICE
a) Realizing the registry of incoming and outgoing documents,
b) Doing the filing of documents that have been closed, taking them to the archive and conserving them,
c) Making the necessary preparation for the reunions of Chamber organs (the Professional Committee, the Assembly Council, the Board of Directors, the Disciplinary Board), sending out invitations, writing and conserving the agenda as well as the minutes of the meeting,
d) Preparing the list of attendants and submitting them to the Accounting Directorate,
e) Keeping the books of wastes and losses, making the related correspondence,
f) Determining the commercial practices of the region, its tendencies and keeping the related books,
g) Conserving the list of experts, notifying the required experts and representatives to the appropriate places in accordance with the decision of the Assembly,
h) Following-up the matters concerning the coordination of the domestic market,
i) Helping investors on industrial investments,
j) Ensuring and controlling the correspondence of the Chamber,
k) Following-up all kinds of laws, decrees and circulars related to industrial and commercial organizations and notifying them on the topic when necessary,
l) Drawing up capacity reports and expert reports,
m) Carrying out the procedures concerning the registration of heavy-equipment,
n) Performing the other tasks to be assigned by the Secretariat General.
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Regulation on Chamber Procedures, the Registry Directorate of our Chamber issues or approves the following documents:
Copies of the Chamber of Commerce Registration
This is a document prepared based on the records taking place in the registration file of members. Information related to the title, address, capital, chamber registration date, degree, chamber registration number and trade registration number of the member, its occupational group and activity code, its field of activity, the partners of the society as well as its representatives take place in the Copy of the Chamber of Commerce Registration.
The copy of registration might also be prepared in Arabic by our Chamber.
Certificate of Activity
This is a document which is prepared based on the records taking place in the registration file of a member and which shows that it is an active member of the Chamber. Information related to the title, address, capital, chamber registration date, degree, chamber registration number and trade registration number of the member, its occupational group and activity code, its field of activity as well as information related to the representatives of the company take place in the Certificate of Activity.
Chamber Registration Certificate
This is a certificate issued when requested by the members. The title of the member, its Chamber registration number, registration date appear on the certificate. The certificate also indicates that the member is registered to the Chamber.
Member Identity Card
A photo identity card shall be given to members upon their request. The validity period shall be indicated on the identity card. Furthermore, the identity register information of the member as well as information related to the company take place on the identity card.
Copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette
Upon the request of the member, a certified copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette kept in the Chamber Registration File shall be issued.
Tender Certificate (sub-paragraph g)
This is a certificate issued based on Article 10, sub-paragraph (g) of the Public Procurement Law numbered 4734, with regards to the Prequalification Rules on Tender Participation. The certificate states that the member has not been disqualified from professional activity by the Chamber where it is registered as of the auction date.
On the other hand, the documents mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of the related Article of the afore-mentioned Law with regards to economic and financial capability shall be taken from the Trade Registry Directorate of our Chamber.
This is a document issued to provide convenience to our members in taking visa for their overseas travels.
Invoice, Document, Invitation Letter and Contract etc. Annotation Approval on Documents
An approved paragraph in Turkish and/or English that reveals the membership status of our member companies shall be added to various documents they use during their business processes.
Document Procedures on the Social Security Institution
This is a document requested by our members in order to be submitted to the Social Security Institution and showing the beginning-ending status of their partnership.
The document might be issued for sole proprietors, limited company partners, joint-stock company founding-partners or executive board members who have been registered to our Chamber.
After examining the membership status of the related person, the acquired information might also be filled out and approved on the Social Security Institution form upon request.
Procedures on the Apprenticeship Contract, Mastership Certificate and Journeyman Certificate
A paragraph explaining the field of activity and the membership status of the related company shall be approved on the Past Service Documentation Form given by the Apprenticeship Training Center in order to obtain a Mastership Certificate or Journeyman Certificate.
Procedures on the Spouse-Related Document/Appointment Document
We approve that the company mentioned on the form prepared by the Ministry of National Education is an active member of our Chamber.
